Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a commercially oriented support specialist to work onsite in Lake Oswego, handling primary client relationships for corporate and commercial deposits. You will assist with Treasury Management, funds transfers, and documentation while providing courteous service via phone and email.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of banking experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years banking experience, treasury management product experience, new accounts, lending loan processing or documentation and customer service (Required)
• Knowledge of Commercial banking products, services, operations and applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and use good judgement in decision making

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for corporate and commercial deposit clients via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide high level client service for all products and services including Treasury Management
• Respond to client questions, guide account implementation, funds transfers, and transaction issues
• Escalate complex issues to Sr. CCS Representative and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain regulatory compliance and stay updated on policy changes
