Job summary

Columbia Bank in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a Commercial Banking professional to serve as the primary client contact for corporate and treasury management deposits. You will provide expert guidance on products, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with relationship managers to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role focuses on delivering high-level service, handling account implementations, and supporting transactions while complying with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of banking experience or related treasury management exposure.
• Experience with new accounts, loan processing or documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for corporate/deposit clients and provide service support.
• Assist with account implementation, funds transfer, stop payments, and transaction posting issues.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and provide timely client updates and issue resolution.
• Handle Treasury Management customer calls with first-call resolution when possible.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations and training requirements.
