Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives with limited direction.
• Strong analytical skills to organize data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actions.
• Experience with CRM, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Ability to conduct market, customer, and competitive research and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support safety culture and regulatory compliance adherence to policies.
• Improve commercial tools and systems, including CRM structure, data quality, pipeline visibility, dashboards, and reporting.
• Analyze commercial activity to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and BD effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Account Management and Business Development to improve processes and tools.
• Maintain market and competitive intelligence and identify growth opportunities.
• Help coordinate opportunities as they move between BD, R&D, and Account Management.
