Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting from our corporate office in Raleigh, NC. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop talent strategies that attract top talent.

On-site Monday–Friday, you will leverage market intelligence, metrics and employer branding to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and align hiring with our mission, values, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or professional disciplines preferred.
• Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering or other specialized disciplines is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate Finance, Accounting, IS and Engineering roles as well as salaried field positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage and attract active and passive candidates using market intelligence and recruiting analytics.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders as a strategic talent advisor on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Guide interview planning, criteria, and offers to align with organizational goals.
• Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.
