Job summary

Qualifications
- Five+ years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or related commercial roles.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive ideas with limited direction.
- Strong analytical skills to organize data, detect patterns, and translate findings into actions.
- Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, reporting tools, or similar systems.
- Ability to conduct market, customer, and competitive research and synthesize insights.
Responsibilities
- Support safety culture and regulatory compliance by following policies.
- Improve CRM structure, data quality, and reporting visibility.
- Analyze activity and performance to identify trends and bottlenecks.
- Identify improvements to commercial processes and cross-team coordination.
- Maintain market and competitive intelligence and growth opportunities.
- Conduct lead generation, research, and targeted outreach.
- Support development with prospective and smaller accounts.
