- Experience with ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and negotiate offers.

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Finance, Accounting, IS and Engineering.
