Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of successful outbound B2B consultative sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with proactive prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with executives and owners.

Responsabilidades

• Territory strategy and new business development across assigned regions.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan targeting high-value commercial accounts.
• Relentless outbound hunting through calls, field canvassing, networking, and partnerships.
• Leverage AAA brand and referrals to generate qualified introductions and high-value opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and hit Monthly Recurring Revenue (RMR) targets.
• Conduct site audits and collaborate with Sales Engineering on designs and validations.
• Deliver integrated building security solutions and compelling ROI presentations.
• Lead complex opportunities through full cycle from discovery to contract execution.
