Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of outbound B2B consultative sales experience.
• Ability to self-generate business through prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing with executives, property managers, and business owners.
• Understanding of Monthly Recurring Revenue (RMR) and pricing.
• CRM discipline with Salesforce or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel across assigned corridors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plan to target high-value commercial accounts.
• Prospect through outbound calling, field canvassing, door-knocking, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers on system design, CAD specs, and surveys; lead from discovery to close.
