Job summary

AAA is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for New Business Development in Missoula, MT. You will lead outbound B2B sales, build a robust pipeline, and close complex security solutions across a 7-state territory, leveraging the AAA brand and engineering support.

You will hunt new business, manage relationships with commercial leaders, and translate needs into integrated building security solutions, including intrusion, cloud video, access control, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outbound B2B consultative sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to self-generate opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills with executives and business owners.
• Understanding of Monthly Recurring Revenue (RMR) and pricing implications.
• Curiosity for modern smart-building tech and cloud analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across multiple states.
• Prospect through outbound calling, field activity, and partnerships to build a robust pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiations, and handoff.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering for system design and technical validation.
