You will self-generate new business, develop relationships with commercial leaders, and translate complex security needs into integrated solutions that protect people, property, and livelihoods.

This role rewards an expert hunter with strong executive presence, a proven B2B sales track record, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from discovery to contract

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful outbound B2B consultative sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with ability to self-generate business.
• Executive presence with C-suite, property managers, or business owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across seven states.
• Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, field activity, and networking.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on system designs and surveys.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery to contract execution and handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
