You will recruit and scale a multi-functional team of AEs, SEs, Sales Ops and PMs, reporting to the VP and aligning with executives.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership within electronic security, access control, video surveillance, or integrated building systems.
• 5+ years managing commercial sales teams, technical sales engineers, sales operations, or commercial project management.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate complex tech into clear business narratives.
