Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta is hiring a Collections Specialist to monitor and analyze customer accounts and financial statements, develop strategies to mitigate risk for past due bills, and contact customers to collect overdue payments.

You will work with other departments to ensure policy compliance, require excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have 3+ years in high-volume collections and credit/risk management. A high school diploma and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in high-volume collections and credit/risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze customer accounts and financial statements.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risk for past due bills.
