SERVPRO Augusta is seeking a Collections Associate to monitor customer accounts, analyze financial statements, and develop strategies to mitigate risk for past-due balances. You will contact customers to collect overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and coordinate with other departments to ensure policy compliance.

Strong communication and negotiation skills and knowledge of credit/risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of high-volume collections experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and detail orientation.
