Job summary

Ex is seeking an Engagement Manager, Collections Strategy, to lead the design, testing, and optimization of end-to-end collections and recoveries across early and late buckets. You’ll blend analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional partnerships to lift right-party contact, improve recovery rates, and reduce costs with a digital-first approach.

You will grow strategic client relationships, lead consulting engagements, manage high-performing teams, and deliver measurable business impact

Qualifications

• Experience in collections or debt recovery is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading consulting engagements or client-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end collections strategies and monitor key KPIs such as RPC and recovery rates.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with operations and vendors to optimize performance.
