Ex is seeking an Engagement Manager, Collections Strategy, to lead the design, testing, and optimization of end-to-end collections and recoveries across early and late buckets. You’ll blend analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional partnerships to lift right-party contact, improve recovery rates, and reduce costs with a digital-first approach.

As the Engagement Manager, Collections Strategy, you will lead the design, testing, and optimization of end‑to‑end collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets. You’ll combine analytics, experimentation, and partnerships with operations and vendors to lift right‑party contact (RPC), increase recovery rates, reduce roll‑forward, and lower unit costs—while shaping a digital‑first engagement model. You will be responsible for growing strategic client relationships, leading consulting engagements, managing high-performing teams, driving thought leadership, and delivering measurable business impact.

Work Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
Salary Range: $150K/Yr - $170K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.
