You will own end-to-end strategy across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service, partnering with Data Science, Product, and Operations to drive liquidation and payment conversion while improving performance.

This remote-first role emphasizes AI-enabled decisioning, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional impact across global markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer finance or lending with 5+ years in debt collections.
• Strong understanding of collection levers and channel optimization.
• Experience building evidence-based business cases for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections strategy from opportunity to launch and optimize.
• Design multi-channel treatments across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Collaborate across Data Science, Client Management, Contact Center Ops, and Compliance.
• Monitor delivery, engagement, and payment metrics to improve outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate hypothesis testing and framework development.
