Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Design and optimize collections strategies across channels and segments.
• Track RPC, recovery rates, roll rates and recommend improvements.
• Oversee policy changes, test new approaches, and monitor market trends.
• Partner with operations and vendors to execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead analytical and consulting workstreams with onshore and offshore teams.
