• Develop understanding of the Card Partnerships P&L to drive insights and analytics.
• Accurately analyze key drivers and variances and report to leadership.
• Generate analytical insights into overall financial performance.
• Develop and deliver senior management presentations.
• Partner with internal and external leaders for strategic finance perspective.
• Oversee monthly partner compensation process through contractual knowledge.
• Create sustainable processes and challenge what’s possible.
• Manage 2–3 analysts; coach and mentor to retain talent.
• Coordinate deal valuations with Global Finance teams.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
