Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Associate in Product Management for Partnerships Customer Experience. You will guide post-acquisition onboarding, collaborating with business, design, tech and partner teams to craft and deploy new customer experiences that drive early spending and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 1 year of product management or related experience (design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-acquisition customer experience within Partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch customer-facing experiences.
• Design, build, and launch new capabilities to drive initial customer spending across US Card.
