Job summary

Capital One seeks a Manager for Co-brand and Strategic Partnerships to drive new partner acquisition and translate strategy into effective recruitment of partners. You will influence enterprise strategy and work with business lines, strategy, finance, and legal to deliver a cohesive partnership approach.

The role requires strong project management, superior communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Banking/payments experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in credit card strategic partnerships or a combination of business analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or a combination.
• 4+ years in credit card strategic partnerships or business analysis (preferred).
• 4+ years leading cross-functional projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with target businesses and partners.
• Perform marketplace and industry analyses to identify and evaluate opportunities.
• Develop a tailored pitch strategy, including insights and a point of view around the partnership proposal.
• Manage internal and external teams for RFPs with written and verbal presentations.
• Assist with transitioning newly-won business to vertical business units.
• Develop presentation materials that summarize strategic and financial analyses.
• Write and deliver communications to executive audiences.
