Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help SMB customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their digital transformation journey on the AWS cloud.

You will design and rapidly execute migrations, build modern cloud-native solutions, and work with diverse teams to deliver end-to-end cloud adoption. You will lead strategic roadmaps, govern programs, and drive execution excellence across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions for customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a track record of delivering customer benefits and program completion.
• 3+ years work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant, or with prior experience managing technical programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer engagement skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite.
• Maintain deep knowledge of current and emerging cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Lead change management practices and embed organizational change into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Help customers identify use cases for AWS adoption and best-practice implementations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time effectively and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
