Job summary

Wiz is seeking a strategic Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) to guide Fortune 1000-scale customers through multi-year cloud security journeys. You’ll partner with Sales, Success, Support, and Product teams to maximize Wiz value, influence secure adop­tion, and drive revenue growth in a fast-scaling environment.

Based in the Central United States, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure security-first outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing strategic role (CSM/AE/PM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to learn Wiz offerings and pricing quickly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of diverse projects focused on cloud security and cross-functional teams.
• Interface with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across projects.
• Understand the customer’s vision and security requirements.
• Build relationships from technicians to CISO level.
• Advise customers to adopt secure Wiz solutions.
• Guide customers post onboarding through Wiz adoption with cloud security emphasis.
• Drive enablement with training strategies across customer orgs.
• Contribute to governance and ensure security objectives are met.
