Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Washington state seeks a Partner Enablement leader to own how we enable our cloud partner ecosystem across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. You will translate the company's GTM strategy into repeatable programs that help cloud partner field teams find, qualify, and win Claude opportunities, and then deliver them well.

This is a build role as well as a run role. You will design onboarding, launch readiness, sales and technical training, certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience building scalable enablement programs.
• Experience enabling internal field teams alongside partners.
• Familiarity with LMS and certification delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud partner enablement strategy for AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Design scalable onboarding, training journeys, and launch readiness.
• Develop co-sell playbooks and marketplace alignment.
• Collaborate with GTM, Partnerships, and product marketing.
• Define metrics linking enablement to pipeline and deal velocity.
