Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Enablement leader to own enablement for our cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). You will translate GTM strategy into repeatable programs, onboard and train partner field teams, develop co-sell playbooks, and define success metrics across hyperscalers while aligning Anthropic’s GTM with partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cloud partner ecosystems and co-sell motions.
• Experience building scalable enablement programs from the ground up.
• Ability to translate GTM strategy into repeatable enablement playbooks and content.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud partner enablement strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
• Design scalable enablement programs including onboarding, training, and launch readiness.
• Build and maintain enablement assets and governance across partner channels.
