Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Enablement leader to own the cloud partner enablement strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. You will translate product and GTM strategy into repeatable programs that prepare partner field teams to find, qualify, and win Claude opportunities, while aligning Anthropic's GTM with hyperscaler collaborations.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling internal field teams and partners in complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to translate product and GTM strategy into scalable enablement programs.
• Familiarity with cloud partnerships, co-sell mechanics, and marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud partner enablement strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Build co-sell playbooks and align assets with marketplace mechanics.
• Design scalable onboarding paths and learning journeys for sellers.
• Measure impact with pipeline, certification, and deal velocity metrics.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, and hyperscaler teams.
