Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Partner Technical Engineer to own the technical enablement experience for our partner network. You will design and deliver hands-on workshops, build lab environments, certify partners on our latest products, and drive the pipeline through trained partners.

In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product teams to translate our product roadmap into partner-ready training programs, including CDP 2.0

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
• Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
• Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
• Excellent project management skills and multi-city event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
• Coordinate staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
• Manage marketing launch coordination and drive attendance and registrations.
• Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 NA cities.
• Develop lab guides and maintain hands-on lab environments for training events.
• Create and maintain technical playbooks for product families.
• Own LMS content in Docebo and ensure up-to-date certification material.
• Deliver Capstone certification grading and bi-annual recertification.
• Measure ROI and training effectiveness; report results to leadership.
• Support goal of 100% Strategic Partner certification by Q2 FY27.
