Job summary
Anthropic is seeking a Partner Enablement leader to own enablement across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. You will translate product and GTM strategy into repeatable programs for partner field teams, delivering onboarding, training, and certification pathways while coordinating with Anthropic’s GTM organization and hyperscalers.

- Proven track record building scalable enablement programs.
Responsibilities
- Own cloud partner enablement strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure; build co-sell playbooks.
- Design and run scalable enablement programs: onboarding, learning journeys, launch readiness.
- Enable Anthropic's GTM team on partnerships; align with partner ecosystems and offerings.
- Build content and systems for partner portal and learning platforms; governance to keep assets fresh.
- Partner with cloud provider enablement teams to land Anthropic content in their channels.
- Define metrics linking enablement activity to pipeline, certification, and deal velocity.
