• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide memory architecture guidance and technology training.
• Visit customers to identify new business and discuss ongoing projects.
• Serve as central contact during critical issues between customers and factory teams.
• Evaluate feasibility of new products/features with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and track strategic objectives.
