Job summary

Teradata Corporation (SE) seeks a Customer Solution Architect to drive strategic, customer-facing technical leadership across data architecture, analytics, and cloud platforms. You will influence adoption, showcase value, and progress ARR through technical progression.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage customers to understand business and technical landscapes, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities while supporting pre- and post-sales motions and maximizing platform utilization.

Qualifications

Experience presenting and advocating analytics solutions to enterprise customers.
Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.
Experience with federal and/or state government customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations from technical leads to executive sponsors.
Lead technical discovery, solution design, and scoping to advance growth opportunities that increase ARR.
Develop and deliver reusable technical collateral, POVs, and hands-on engagements tailored to customer needs.
Align Teradata platform with customer success goals and drive platform adoption and value realization.
Educate customers on emerging trends and Teradata capabilities through technical briefings and workshops.
