Job summary

Teradata seeks a Customer Solution Architect to act as a strategic technical leader, engaging customers to drive ARR growth and platform adoption. You will blend data architecture, analytics, AI, and cloud know-how with strong relationship skills to influence adoption and articulate Teradata value.

You will guide pre- and post-sales motions, craft technical collateral, and align solutions with account strategies while ensuring customer success and long-term platform expansion.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state government procurement processes (NASA SEWP, GSA Schedules).
• Able to craft messaging for diverse stakeholders in federal and state agencies.
• Experience with pre-sales or delivery roles for analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships across customer organizations from technical leads to executives.
• Educate customers on Teradata capabilities and industry trends.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and scoping to advance growth opportunities.
• Develop Technical Vision for Success for each account and map current to future state architectures.
• Execute high-value sales motions such as demos, benchmarks, and POCs.
