Job summary

CND Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to support clinician customers using CND’s neurodiagnostic tests. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical support while collaborating with Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Logistics, Pathology and Lab Operations.

You will leverage Salesforce to monitor usage, provide education resources, and address clinician questions throughout the testing process, driving engagement and account health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting clinical practices in a commercial or research setting.
• Experience working with neurologists and advanced practice providers is preferred.
• Background in neurology as a nurse, scientist, research, or commercial account manager is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality client service across multiple clinical sites.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clinician customers, educating practices on the use and value of CND’s tests.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure ongoing strategic engagement and identify opportunities.
• Maintain proactive client communications and monitor account activity to drive engagement.
• Triage clinical questions and coordinate with Medical Affairs for accurate responses.
• Support data-driven engagement by analyzing Salesforce data for usage trends and patterns.
• Ensure samples quality and adherence to best practices in biopsy protocols.
