You will act as a trusted advisor, align services with client goals, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years in client‑facing roles, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles.
• Experience delivering technology services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust and healthy relationships with clients and serve as a main point of contact.
• Ensure services align with client goals; bridge gaps with internal teams.
• Provide regular updates and open communication to enable service excellence.
• Assist in driving internal initiatives within the client scope.
• Manage client health and create corrective steps as needed.
• Coordinate opportunities for expansion and renewals with account managers.
• Onboard/offboard services and assist with KPI monitoring and SLA adherence.
