Job summary

LINQ in the United States seeks a Client Relationship Manager to lead on client accounts, delivering white-glove service, driving retention, growth and profitability, and upholding LINQ's core values in every interaction.

You will manage a portfolio, coordinate with multiple departments, review invoices, negotiate terms, and educate clients about new services, with up to 20% travel and a hybrid Pittsburgh or fully remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in a client service, account management or related position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to meet client and LINQ needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for a portfolio of clients, ensuring requests are addressed promptly.
• Negotiate agreements with clients to maximize value for LINQ.
• Review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop professional relationships with clients, stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor client account health regularly and report insights.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet client needs.
• Run ad-hoc reports per client requests.
• Educate clients about new services and features.
• Drive KPI performance and high client retention.
• Support onboarding tasks for Account Success Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
