Job summary

Datavant is a leading data collaboration platform for healthcare. We seek a Client Success Manager to drive successful delivery of patient data projects and maintain strong relationships with customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements include 3-5 years in client success/account management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, familiarity with healthcare data and strong Excel plus SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Client Success Account Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or EHR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; some knowledge of SQL queries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring optimal result delivery, service and support.
• Coordinate, track and report all aspects of customer projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams including data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales and executives.
• Maintain regular status reporting and updates to stakeholders.
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools and reference materials.
