Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client success/account management experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with Healthcare data systems and the ability to converse at a technical level.
• Advanced Excel skills; some knowledge of SQL queries preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring optimal result delivery, service and support.
• Coordinate, track and report on customer projects and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales and leadership teams.
• Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders via regular reports and status updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools, references and cross-functional usage.
• Monitor project progress and outcomes throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, analyze and resolve customer issues; coordinate escalation with sales and internal teams.
• Prepare final reports and presentations; coordinate results delivery with Sales.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with department goals.
• Partner with engineering to identify, prevent, and resolve software issues impacting projects.
