Payactiv, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager (Mid-Market and SMB) in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage a portfolio of employer accounts, drive product adoption, and ensure retention and growth.

This role emphasizes HR-focused client relationships and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS/fintech, with experience serving HR/employer clients and managing large portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Experience working with HR/employer-based clients preferred.
• Experience managing 75+ accounts in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of employer client accounts post-onboarding.
• Drive product adoption and ensure clients achieve outcomes with Payactiv solutions.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and value-based engagements.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Activation/Onboarding, Support, Product, Finance, and Sales.
