Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds trusted client relationships by understanding objectives and goals.
• Act as consultative partner and deliver tailored recommendations to drive client success.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate referrals to internal teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide regular reporting and status updates to clients and management.
