Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Account Management.
• 4 years of experience in Account management, Sales, or high-level customer service, with mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships with key stakeholders and acts as a consultative partner to drive client success and revenue retention.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate referrals to internal partners to grow revenue.
• Respond to client communications promptly to resolve issues related to payroll and ancillary products.
• Analyze trends and issues and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Role is hybrid with remote work and travel; must reside in the designated territory and manage schedule accordingly.
• Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and address challenges as requested.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal Paychex departments to resolve client issues and ensure profitability.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and management.
