Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients in a fast-paced environment. You will advocate for client deliverables, drive revenue growth, and coordinate across internal departments and vendors to ensure satisfaction.

You will analyze data to identify trends, plan strategic client activities, and conduct visits to strengthen partnerships and retention. Strong communication, leadership, and presentations skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Account Management.
• 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or high-level customer service with mid-market clients.
• 1 year of leadership experience, formal or informal.
