Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Account Management.
• 5 years in Account Management, Sales, or high-level customer service with mid-market clients.
• 1 year in leadership role (formal or informal).
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong client relationships and retains/grows client utilization.
• Provides high level customer service to top tier clients and recommends product enhancements.
• Responds to client communications to resolve issues including payroll and product inquiries.
• Represents client needs to internal Paychex departments and ensures client satisfaction.
• Conducts client visits to strengthen relationships and drive revenue retention.
• Analyses data to identify trends and translates needs into action plans.
• Partners with sales, training, and operations to ensure client education on products.
