Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Account Management.
• 5 years of experience in Account management, Sales, or high-level customer service with mid-market clients.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong communication, presentations and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong client relationships and collaborates with internal Paychex departments to retain and grow client usage of Paychex services.
• Provides high-level customer service, anticipates client needs and suggests product enhancements.
• Responds to client communications promptly to resolve issues including payroll and ancillary products.
• Maintains understanding of clients' businesses and strategic plans to drive outcomes.
• Conducts client visits to strengthen relationships and address challenges.
• Acts as liaison to resolve client issues across payroll and ancillary products.
• Identifies trends and escalates issues to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Analyzes data to identify gaps and plan actions to meet client needs via Paychex offerings.
• Plans and coordinates client activities and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Provides regular reporting and updates to clients and management.
