Job summary

Archway is seeking a Client Services Manager to maintain relationships for existing accounts and lead the development of account strategies by understanding client business and partnering with internal shared services.

This role requires ensuring strong execution, managing weekly client status meetings, driving growth opportunities, coaching staff, and upholding contract/SOW commitments across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years successful major account management and/or sales experience.
• Ability to develop and deepen relationships with senior client contacts.
• Track record of meeting relationship objectives.
• Strong business acumen and judgement.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Proven self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Strategic thinker with analytical aptitude.
• Aptitude for interpreting contracts and legal documents.
• Ability to travel up to 20% or more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships for existing accounts.
• Lead development of account strategies with internal teams.
• Ensure delivery of services per contract and SOW.
• Manage weekly client status meetings.
• Coordinate actions across departments for client health.
• Perform monthly financial assessments and explain variances.
• Ensure services are billed per SOW and rate card.
• Prepare Business Review content with teams and sales.
• Identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Coach direct reports and recognize achievements.
• Other duties as assigned.
