The role emphasizes protecting client interests, delivering on financial assessments, and mentoring junior staff, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of major account management or sales experience.
• Ability to develop and deepen relationships with senior client contacts.
• Track record of exceeding relationship management objectives.
• Proven business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships for existing accounts and develop account strategies.
• Lead executional delivery for day‑to‑day account management.
• Ensure attainment of client objectives and satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct weekly client status meetings and health reporting.
• Manage invoicing per SOW and rate card; collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Client Support.
