Job summary

Responsibilities include onboarding tasks, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
• Proven business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Comfort with interpreting contracts and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks related to client requirements and ensure service obligations are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project, campaign, and program execution.
• Onboard clients per defined requirements and track completion.
• Identify opportunities with clients and communicate with the Client Services Manager to drive revenue growth
• Identify client health risks and coordinate resolutions with other departments
• Proactively report monthly financial variances as they occur
• Quality check invoices to ensure services are accounted for
• Travel up to 5% as required
