Job summary

Archway Marketing Service in the United States is seeking a Client Services Manager to maintain client relationships and lead account strategies by understanding the client business and partnering with internal teams. You will ensure delivery of day-to-day services and manage account health while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

This role requires 4+ years in major account management or sales, strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or related field
• 4 years successful major account management and/or sales experience
• Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior level client contacts
• Ability to travel independently up to 20% or as required

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships for existing accounts and lead development of account strategies
• Ensure strong executional delivery for day-to-day account management
• Manage weekly client status meetings and health reporting
• Identify new opportunities with clients and communicate with Sales team to drive revenue growth
• Coach and develop team members and ensure tasks are executed to meet client expectations
• All other duties as assigned
