Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a high-energy sales professional to manage assigned accounts, drive renewals and growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success with Infosec products. You will maintain pipeline, forecast, and leverage Salesforce and Gainsight.

In this role, you will build executive relationships, present value, and lead consultative strategies while coordinating with technical support to address complex questions and ensure adoption across the subscription

• Monitor usage, adoption, and health metrics.
• Collaborate to ensure ongoing product integration and upsell.
• Conduct scheduled business appraisals to boost uptake.
• Maintain account administration.
• Stay current on product knowledge.
• Manage renewals and cross-sell/up-sell goals.
• Manage pipeline and sales activities in Salesforce and Gainsight.
