Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager to join the Client Success Team. You will protect relationships with our church and nonprofit clients, drive retention, and increase recurring revenue by guiding adoption of Subsplash services and sharing industry insights.

In this role, you will build targeted client relationships by phone and email, inform clients about new products, develop customized solutions, and help clients maximize platform value while staying educated on trends in the sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager background (1–2 years)
• Experience with small-tier clients
• College degree
• Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence
• Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient at prospecting and online profiling
• Passionate about influencing, negotiation, and closing
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about technology industry
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Knowledge and/or experience working in the faith sector is highly preferred
• Knowledge of church staff roles and dynamics is a plus
