Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
• Experience driving revenue growth by gaining new clients and upselling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO including analytics platforms.
• Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee sophisticated, customized marketing strategies for clients.
• Define and drive marketing strategy for each client.
• Communicate with clients weekly via phone/email/Zoom and manage projects.
• Analyze data from Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and produce insights.
• Foster relationships with strategic partners to ensure retention.
• Grow services and revenue within client accounts.
• Generate client referrals and expand the client base.
• Collaborate with analysts/strategists to align with client goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt new marketing tactics.
• Mentor Client Success Coordinators and support the team.
