Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management at a fast‑growing digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Paid Media/SEO and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Define and drive marketing strategy for each client.
• Communicate with clients weekly via phone/email/Zoom and manage projects.
• Analyze data from ad platforms and GA4 to deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Foster relationships with strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Grow services and revenue within existing accounts.
• Generate client referrals and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with analysts/strategists to align with client goals.
• Mentor Client Success Coordinators and stay ahead of industry trends.
