• Proven experience managing client relationships, accounts, or customer portfolios.
• Strong business and commercial judgment.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and escalations professionally.

• Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, budgets, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
• Drive client retention and long-term account health.
• Lead renewals, pricing conversations, and account reviews.
• Manage escalations and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Identify account growth, expansion, and referral opportunities.
• Maintain visibility into account profitability and financial performance.
• Coordinate internally with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership.
• Ensure clients receive a proactive, high-touch experience.
